[ Since they didn't get out of their cells until much later than usual, Anastasia was actually hungry by lunch time. Usually she could spend time sneaking around to get something and not have to worry about someone questioning who the hell the girl who looked kind of like the Queen but from an alternate universe was if she just sneaked little snacks back to her room for the day.

But no, she was hungry today with how late they got out, and she was going to go to the cafeteria and she's going to sit there and enjoy herself some shawarma. She may hate the guy who got her into Middle Easter cuisine but she doesn't dislike the food he introduced her to.

Of course, if you are looking for the Queen, it's unlikely that you've seen her in a couple of days. It might even take a glance or two considering she's speaking with an entirely different accent than the one she had before and she's no longer dressed in red-- no, she's got a rather different set of clothing and boots on. ]

[ She seems to consider this for a moment before she responds, her eye turned to the side before she seems to settle herself a bit. ]

I'm not used to being touched without my permission and given Will's current state of mind, it's probably not a good idea.

[ If they're being friendly, then she just needs to learn how to be friendly as well. Or at least try. ]

Ahhh-- Oh, of course. Of course. I wouldn't want to give him odd ideas. ...Not that I think anyone's going to consider me a threat to their relationships but no touching. Got it. Bad idea.

[ folds his hands in front of him. staring at the table and questioning every mannerism he has ever had. oh my god how long has he been doing that to people is this going to be a problem ]

Considering some of our other agreements it could be seen as problematic, that's all.

[ You use her bathtub and Will's in an emotional place. There's a reason he might consider him a threat, even if Ana certainly wouldn't. ]

The proposal idea seemed alright though, apart from the jokes about begging.

[ He's chalking his behavior as "NORMAL" -- even if it probably wasn't. And this is all just Ana not being comfortable and wanting Will really badly. Yes. That makes sense. Jefferson is nodding along ]

I have no idea how that could be misconstrued but I understand wanting to be mindful of his delicate state.

[ It's just a bathroom to him. NBD. ]

Jokes aside, if done right it's one of the happiest memories.

[ Ana is definitely not the one to teach Jefferson regular people skills, she's the type of person who just does whatever she wants and people have to keep her happy. ]

I appreciate it.

[ She stares at him for a moment. Except for recently, well.. ]

Most of my memories with Will are already my happiest. You sure that could top it?

The only thing it hasn't been able to top was the wedding itself and the birth of a child, to be honest. [ He smiles at her then looks ... sad. A frown.

And then he pauses, as if remembering something and looks around quickly. Wait a second... ]

Did Will even come down? It's not like him to miss food.

Well--

[ She had been going to tell Jefferson that no matter how much she would have a child with Will if he wanted one, it wouldn't happen. Not so long as they were here. That wasn't something she would do, for all the screwed up things she'd done in life. But the thoughts were scratched from her mind for now as Jefferson brought up Will. Ana turned, to look around the room. She just sort of assumed he would at least stop by down here, but that he wouldn't want to talk to her yet so she'd been avoiding looking for him. ]

He hasn't spoken to me since yesterday, if he's not here something might be wrong.

[ He rolls his eyes and lets out a sigh, the sort of sigh one gets when they realize they have to get up and fix something. Like cleaning up after the sick dog threw up on the carpet, the baby knocks the bowl of spaghetti on the floor and the sauce splatters everywhere, or the friend calls you drunk and you have to go pick their ass up.

It's a special sort of sigh where you're not mad because it's sort of expected but it's still annoying as all hell because you have to clean it up.

He knew Will was going to go punch that guy. He called it. That's clearly why he isn't down here. He's off to go clock someone in the face. ]

I'll go get him.

[ Ana would offer to help or even just go do it herself, but being one of the primary causes of the problem in the first place she's fairly certain it would only make matters worse. There's a reason that people had friends to bail them out of bad situations, even if Ana hadn't had anyone before now who she would've even considered as someone who would do that for her. Not since Will himself. It would be much better to just let Jefferson go get him. ]

[ A genuine thank you that wasn't business related. He looks mildly caught off guard before he pushes himself to his feet and gives her a tiny nod. Gotta head off to find Will now. BYE ]
