EVENT - THE MILGRAM EXPERIMENT
Come one, come all! This wonderful test of brain power and courage is about to commence! What is it exactly, you ask? Well then, don't worry your little head about that one bit! The birdie here will explain it all to you.
The rules are very simple. There is a shocker and a shockee, following so far? The inmates will both be lead into different rooms. There is a glass wall that separates them, and of course a glass wall for the audience to be able to see and watch everything! Now then, the shocker will be provided with questions thanks to a digital screen. The screen itself is integrated into the table they will be seated at, as well as a button, and questions will begin to appear once the game begins. The questions start out easy then start to get harder, and if the shocker tries to tell the shockee any answers, then they will receive the electricity instead, seeing as how they are strapped down to an electric chair as well.
Sounds pretty fun so far! Either way, each pair has four questions to get through. For each question answered correctly, they will gain CP. If the shockee is unable to answer a question, or answers wrong, then it's up to the shocker to provide the pain and then they get the CP. See it's a good game where everyone is rewarded! The shockee cannot die on the first two questions, if they are to answer it wrong (or if the shocker gets the electricity instead) but they can die on the third question, and they will die on the last question if they are shocked. Now then, off to the CP count.
First = 30,000 CP
Second = 40,000 CP
Third = 50,000 CP
Fourth = 80,000 CP
Oh, and there are no extra rewards for dying in this event. The CP gained from questions and shocking will be the only CP awarded. So, comment in the proper spot with your muses entering, and then the shockers will be getting PM's with the questions!

irving -> terra

He remained silent as if trying to remember things that he had studied for a test the night before. His face had a serious expression as he sat and began to be strapped in. He wouldn't speak until he was told to.

Again, he had to put on a front.
"You ready, kiddo?" He grinned. "Best of luck to you on that whole not getting electrocuted thing, haha!"

This kid was gonna have to learn to suck it up if he wanted to come out on top.
"Listen up since I ain't gonna repeat this. Which country did sherry, the alcoholic beverage, originate in?"
no subject
And shit. Now he's going to find out early.
"I..." He bit his lip, "I'm going to guess... France?"
no subject
"Sorry kid, it was Spain. This might hurt just a little bit." He looked at Terra as if he was disappointed before slamming on the shock button.
no subject
"L-Lets not do this anymore. That really hurt." He wasn't usually such a wimp and he tried to suck things up and deal with them. But when he was already down after the first question, it was obvious that he wasn't going to make it through.
no subject
He glanced down at the screen to see the next question.
...
Wow, Terra was screwed.
"In a million years, a star named what will have moved to within 6/10ths of a light year from the sun?" He looked baffled just from asking it.
no subject
"I..." His voice cracked a little, "Just... Just do it." It would eventually happen in prison anyway, right? That he would die. He didn't even get to apologize to his family or say goodbye to them or his friends. He closed his eyes tight as he waited. With the pain he was in, he knew it was over.

"T-The sun? Mercury? Mars? Venus? Pluto? Planet X?" He leaned his head back with a thump as he looked up, "I really don't know..."
"Will you tell my dad and my sister and brother that I'm sorry? I know they don't want anything to do with me, but I'm still sorry for whatever I did."
no subject
"Yeah, kid. Sure." By the way he looked it was hard to tell if he was just tired or actually feeling sympathetic, but how quick he was to push the button probably ruled out the sympathy option.

He felt the second wave of electricity go through him. He gritted his teeth to keep himself from shouting. But...he wasn't gone. He wasn't entirely dead. When it had stopped, he was still sitting there. He had stopped moving, of course, but there was still consciousness there. And he was just staring.
I DIDNT MEAN TO LEAVE THIS BEHIND FOREVER
The way Terra was staring right through him, though? That was seriously spooking him out. He waved his hand around, hoping to get some kind of response.
"Hey, kid. I know you ain't dead yet so snap out of it, will ya?"
it's okay! life happens! <3
His eyes flicked over to look at the glass. As if he were scanning it to see if he could see anyone inside. He stared, not blinking for the longest time. The audience kept quiet as well. This was probably the most interesting thing they had seen all day. Slowly, his mouth opened. It took a few seconds to do so as though it took a lot of effort to make any movement.
"...Terra is. But I'm not."
no subject
"The hell is that supposed to mean?" Somehow he managed to look both unsure of himself and vaguely irritated.

There was a short laugh that came from him afterward. It started out almost sounding like a cough and then turned into the laugh. He could tell that he was getting under the other's skin. Isn't that what spirits loved to do? But where they even real?
no subject
"Let's be clear about somethin'. I ain't no clue what your game is, but I've got a show to run here. It's in the best interest of both of us that you keep answerin' these questions, or I'm gonna make sure you become the unundead, understand?"

"Try not to cry if you lose, friend!" The smart mouthing was purely to make himself feel better. "How long does it take for food to go from the mouth to the stomach via the esophagus?"
no subject
He finally answered, "Who cares." He couldn't help but start to laugh just a little before it faded and he waited.
no subject
He frowned, slamming the button down. If this didn't kill him the next one would without question.
no subject
"I think you're trying to get rid of me... Just like you did Terra."
no subject
At the rate things were going, that wasn't at all an untrue assessment. He wanted this over with.
"What, you think I have a personal agenda in this? A job's a job!" He shrugged, hoping to convey nonchalance. "One more question and you're free to do whatever the hell it is you do, a'ite? The first National Basketball Association game was played in which year?"
