[Out of all the indignities Tokaku have had to deal with since the less than desirable outcome of her mission (save for the obvious, of course), her presence in what passes for a food hall has to be the sorest. She's gone through the motions since her arrest, hardly tense at the threat of discomfort.

The bland and utterly unappetizing food shouldn't have been a surprise, but it's unwelcome all the same. She pokes at it listlessly, knowing she needs to eat to keep her spirits up and her sanity in this place, and yet....

If there's any motivation to improve her circumstances left in her, it will be cultivated to obtain a decent bowl of curry.]

I'd kill myself if I ever got used to this. [She says frankly, swirling the blend around and around in hope of changing the texture. At least the distinct smell coming from the young man in the hat is comforting. It makes him easy to categorize and recognize later.]

[On that cheery note he digs in, taking heaping spoonfuls. If he has to eat this shit, may as well get it over with as soon as possible. He glances up at the girl between mouthfuls and gestures with his spoon.]
