Have you signed up to go to the ball? Not everyone is going, and they don't have to! But they are highly encouraged to. Whether they have a date or not depends on how they'll be getting there. If they do have a specific date then the car that picks them up will be a regular guard car, and they will be told to get into the back and be escorted that way. The guard's cannot be harmed in their car, there is a metal blockade in the car, so sorry! For those that don't have a date, they'll be expected to get into a limo, taking about six or seven inmates at once! You might find your friends in the limo on the way there, yay!

The guards will take the inmates to a secluded spot on an entirely different island than the main one the prison is on. It's a coliseum, one that's used for special events involving horses and other fun animals. The Warden special ordered a massive tent that covers the entire coliseum, and there are heat lamps scattered about within. It's cold outside, these are a must! Around the perimeter of the tent there are several guards with loaded guns. They're standing about, watching very carefully, and if anyone tries to attack another inmate or tries to escape they will be shot on sight, no questions asked.

[oh it was going to be good. he had planned on kissing here out here, while the fireworks were going off overhead. adam laughed lightly, then he took a step towards her. instead of holding her hand, he placed his hand now on the small of her back, bringing her much smaller frame closer to him.

a hand went to touch her cheek, then slid through her hair to the back of her head. with her in place, he simply leaned down to her now and planted a light kiss on her lips. he heard the roar of the crowd, he heard the loud booms of the fireworks in the air, and he also listened to the steady sound of his own heartbeat.

as he kissed her however his heart rate increased, he suddenly felt more heat rise to his face and that was all due to her soft lips against his own. he wasn't practiced with this sort of thing at all, he had only kissed a few people in his lifetime back in the white fang, but this was.... this was something else.

and eventually he pulled away, his heart still thumping fast against his ribs. but he kept that smirk of his.]

Yeah, it was good.

[ Weiss hadn't expected a kiss of all things. This was the first date, a kiss wasn't supposed to be one of those things that happened! In fact, it all but threw her itinerary for how the night was supposed to end out the window.

Despite that, she couldn't find it in herself to work up a hissy fit like she normally would have whenever something didn't go her way. Or perhaps it would be more prudent to say that Weiss could definitely see this becoming her way.

After all, somehow the fireworks didn't matter anymore. The heat from Adam's lips was more than enough to make it feel like her chest was going to explode. When he did pull back, Weiss looked a little dazed for a few brief moments before straightening up and looking to the side, then glancing back at him. This was something she was committing to memory as best as she could. ]

Well- I don't know if I'd call it good... [ Great maybe. Amazing. ] It was definitely worth coming out here.

Hm! That's all you have to say?

[REALLY WEISS? wow woman. either way, he just shrugs.]

[ Weiss reaches out to grab his hand, holding it firmly. ]

I want to stay out here, with you, and I want you to kiss me again. Despite being in prison, this is the best New Year I've had.

[he chuckled lightly.] Pushy.

[but he didn't fight her at all. adam leaned in to her yet again, kissing her on the lips, with a little more force this time.]

I'm not pushy, you're the one who-

[ But he cut her off with that kiss again, and this time she kissed back instead of just being surprised by it. She was slow at first, trying to let him lead entirely so she could learn from him. Weiss was a fast learner, but this wasn't something you could learn from a book. (She thought. She might check later.) Adam was definitely the one who would be teaching her. ]

[adam was also someone that was skilled in various areas, and he liked to be dramatic about it.

his mask had long been forgotten by now, he had dropped it to the ground and now he placed his gloved hands on either side of her face. he felt her lips, he tasted her, he took in every part of her right now. he could barely hear the fireworks in the background, he was far too focused on kissing her. but even as he kissed her, he smiled against her lips, feeling impossibly happy about how this night had turned out.]

[ Weiss still had her mask in hand, even as she moved her hands back behind Adam's head as they continued to kiss. The fireworks in both of their bodies were much louder than any real ones, that was for sure. She felt him smiling against her lips and couldn't help but let out a smile of her own, pressing her lips against his a little harder as she stood on her toes, even with the heels.

This really was the perfect way to bring in the New Year. ]
