Have you signed up to go to the ball? Not everyone is going, and they don't have to! But they are highly encouraged to. Whether they have a date or not depends on how they'll be getting there. If they do have a specific date then the car that picks them up will be a regular guard car, and they will be told to get into the back and be escorted that way. The guard's cannot be harmed in their car, there is a metal blockade in the car, so sorry! For those that don't have a date, they'll be expected to get into a limo, taking about six or seven inmates at once! You might find your friends in the limo on the way there, yay!

The guards will take the inmates to a secluded spot on an entirely different island than the main one the prison is on. It's a coliseum, one that's used for special events involving horses and other fun animals. The Warden special ordered a massive tent that covers the entire coliseum, and there are heat lamps scattered about within. It's cold outside, these are a must! Around the perimeter of the tent there are several guards with loaded guns. They're standing about, watching very carefully, and if anyone tries to attack another inmate or tries to escape they will be shot on sight, no questions asked.

[ A grand entrance was exactly the kind of thing that Loki would expect from Anastasia. Even if her grandeur sense of fashion wasn't so telling, her way of making herself known was a sure indication of her identity.

One thing did stand out in particular above the rest, however, and that was the fact that she was no longer missing an eye. Getting something like that was a dangerous game, but it seemed that as usual she had come out with what she wanted.

Once she was close enough for him to do so, he offered a slight bow and a sly grin. ]

[ Anastasia smirked at him when he bowed, looking quite pleased with herself. Not because he said she was the life of the party, but frankly, she has her eye back and there's no reason not to be ecstatic about that. ]

Darling, I know it must've been dull without me but do calm yourself.

My apologies; I simply couldn't contain myself. [ He shot her a mischief laden grin. ] I had begun to fear you wouldn't be making an appearance, Majesty.

I did have a couple of things to attend to first, darling.

[ Like rushing to get ready because she'd been dead up until they let her go from the infirmary. ]

[ Death was an inevitability for all of them, but to choose it was a decision of high risk. ]

Was the experience what you thought it would be?

I closed my eyes, then I woke up. If you give a dog treats he's not likely to turn his nose up when you have a request.

[ Quick and painless was how she'd wanted it and it was how she'd got it. ]

Reclaiming depth perception, on the other hand, is significantly more jarring.

[ He could have taken a few educated guesses on who that dog might be, but that was speculation he could save for later. ]

[ That could have more than one meaning, really. ]
