Punishment Game!

Shortly after the Warden's announcement, the guards enter G-Block to escort the Carnival Corpse losers to the punishment area. As usual they are rough and impatient, so anyone dumb enough to fight back will get a little pre-game roughing up.

When the screens around the prison come on, each Deadman is already strapped into a chair with the roulette wheel looming behind them in it's grotesque glory. It seems that the only member of staff present is the Doctor, who waves to the audience with her lips ever so slightly turned up into a ghost of a smile. She was silent as the off-screen announcer shared the details of the game, but those in the room could likely sense her anticipation.

"You all know why you're here, don't you?" The Doctor turns once the announcer is finished. "Then let's begin."

(ooc: When you reply, please specify what you want done to your character. You're more than welcome to pick a punishment" from the list, or RNG it for a bit of fun. You may also allow the mods to choose a punishment. If that's the case, please mark rather you want our choice to be fatal or non-fatal. You can contact us if any of our choices are out of your realm of comfort.)

[ She knows her own words were a lie, but she tried regardless. She's not sure what's scarier; the fact that her toe's going to get chopped off or the fact that this fear is almost equal to that time.

But she won't move, regardless. The others have probably had it worse, she knows it.

So she'll keep still, biting on her lower lip with all her strength and say no more. Her eyes glaring directly at the doctor's. ]

[ She seemed to be especially amused by Yui's defiance. Sometimes seeing it in their eyes was better than spoken words.

Generally speaking, a saw was a bit extreme for this sort of thing... but sometimes experimenting was fun.

Oh, I'm sure it's not fun to be the one who dies. But it's a lot of fun to watch.

It's not fun to watch--! Seeing people in pain... how is that fun?

[hallo]

Their pain, their fear, their despair... that's exactly what's so fun about it. [ Giggle! ]

[dolosa]

That's... no fun at all!

[ Her sniffling became more like wails, tears running down her cheeks in dismay. ]

[hallo]

[ This is fun too.

He deposits the bag of popcorn on her lap and pats her head. ]

[dolosa]

[ Rei sniffles uncomfortably, wiping the tears from her eyes as she stares out there silently, a blank look in her expression. ]
